• MasterCard or VISA (name on card and expiration date required)
• Institutional Purchase Orders (prepayment requested)
• ASI offers NET-15 day same as cash terms for orders that are billed

Return Policy:

• If merchandise does not meet the needs of the intended user or arrives in unsatisfactory condition, it may be returned in its original condition and packaging for full refund, less shipping and handling, within 30 days of the date of purchase. A 15% restocking fee applies to all on-line orders.

Shipping and Handling:

• Add $6.00 shipping and handling for each copy of each item ordered.
• Add $18.00 per item for international shipping. (Additional shipping charges to some destinations.)

For international orders, we request a purchase order (by fax or mail) so that we can be certain of the items ordered and the shipping address. When ordering SS-ACCESS or WinSCAN, please specify whether a 9-pin or 25 pin PC serial port connector is needed (or how many of each kind you want to order). We accept MasterCard/Visa, international money orders in US dollars, or wire transfer payments. E-Mail us to request bank routing and account information for wire transfer payment.
